Gastric sleeve: Known as gastric sleeve surgery, it is a surgical procedure aimed at reducing the size of the stomach.

Our patient must be in good health and suffer from losing weight through traditional treatments, as his weight exceeds 100 kilograms.

Second: Preparing for surgery:

The patient is asked to follow a special diet before surgery to prepare the stomach for the sleeve.

Refrain from eating food and liquids in the few hours before surgery.

Third: Surgery:

The surgery is performed laparoscopically, where a small instrument is inserted through small incisions in the abdomen.

The stomach is made smaller by removing part of it, which reduces its ability to absorb food.

Fourth: After surgery:

Our patient is directed to a recovery period and careful monitoring.

The patient must follow a special diet after surgery to avoid digestive problems and ensure effective results.
